● Tilmicosin phosphate is a chemical semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic. It is a new animal-specific drug with a broad antibacterial spectrum. Tilmicosin phosphate is strong against gram-negative and positive bacteria. It also has a strong inhibitory effect on a variety of mycoplasma and spirochetes.
● Tilmicosin phosphate is clinically mainly used for respiratory diseases caused by Actinomyces pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella hemolyticus, Pasteurella multocida, and livestock and poultry bodies.
