Description
U+ One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit (Glycerol-free) is a glycerol-free one-step RT-qPCR reagent using RNA as a template (such as RNA virus), which is suitable for the development and design of lyophilized products. This product integrates the superior performance of one-step dedicated Reverse Transcriptase and hot-start Champagne Taq DNA Polymerase, with well-optimized freeze-drying chemical buffer, which has better amplification efficiency, balance and specificity, and is compatible with different freeze-drying processes.In addition, the dUTP/UDG anti-pollution system is introduced into the reagent, which can work at room temperature, eliminate the impact of amplification product contamination on qPCR, and ensure the accuracy of the results.
