NADH (β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide)
NADH is the coenzyme of dehydrogenase,β-As the carrier of hydrogen in the reaction process, NADH provides hydrogen atoms through chemical osmotic coupling in the electron transfer chain, and oxidizes itself into hydrogenβ-NAD+. The absorption degree of the substrate can be detected at 340nm according to the absorption degree of the original pigment system.
