CNP-AFU (2-chloro-4- nitrophenyl-α-L-fucopyranoside)

Is a substrate for alpha-L-fucosidase (AFU). The lowest detection limit of this method was 2.5U/L, the linear range could reach 250U/L (r=0.9994), the intra-assay CV was 3%, the inter-assay CV was 5%, and the recovery rate was 101.3%. This method has high sensitivity, linearity, good precision, accurate results and simple and fast operation. It is suitable for the operation of automatic biochemical analyzer.
