CAT （Catalase）

Catalase (CAT) is brown amorphous freeze-dried powder with specific activity ≥8000 U/mg, with purity ≥90% . Optimal at pH 7.0-8.0 and 25°C for H2O2 removal. Stable for 18 months at 2-8℃, retaining over 90% activity. Used for removing hydrogen peroxide in reactions.
