Ascorbate Oxidase (ASOD) is enzyme derived from microbial expression, powder form, with high purity ≥120 U/mg. Optimal at pH 4.0-4.5 and 55°C for preventing ascorbic acid interference in diagnostic tests. Stable for 12 months at -25～-15℃, retaining over 90% activity.
