APS-5 Chemiluminescence substrate
With alkaline phosphatase(ALP) catalysis, Chemiluminescence substrate – APS-5 will release protons. At a specific concentration of ALP, the amount of released protons is proportional to the concentration of ALP.
1. High sensitivity. As low as 1×10 -19 mol(0.01 pg) ALP molecules.
2. Rapid speed. The ALP reaction reaches the plateau phase within a few seconds and remains stable for a long time.
3. Wide range of detection. The concentration of ALP varies between 50-50000 pg/mL.
4. The intensity is constant and reacts at room temperature—no need for precise temperature control.
Application
Immunoassays with alkaline phosphatase (ALP)
